Order Processing, Shipping & Handling Policies 
All orders are promptly processed and shipped out within 1-3 full business days directly from TemptationGardens.com's warehouse located in California. Please note that all items ordered may not be shipped together. 

Standard Ground Delivery - UPS Ground Service \ USPS Postal Service
Temptation Gardens' standard shipping method is UPS Ground Service, which normally takes 3-14 days depending on your shipping destination's zone. UPS Ground requires a physical address and does not deliver to US Post Office Box Addresses. US Postal Box Office will be shipped using USPS service and may incur additional costs. 

Airmail Delivery
Shipping Outside of the Continental USA 
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Virgin Islands. We also ship to US Military APO and FPO addresses. Shipments outside the United States may incur additional costs.

TemptationGardens.com does not ship outside of the United States of America at this time.

Please review the map below for typical total order processing and UPS ground delivery time estimates within the 48 states. Please allow additional time for delivery during holidays. The shipping map time frame includes the 1-3 business days for processing.

Order Confirmation & Delivery Tracking Numbers
You will receive an automated e-mail confirmation along with a TemptationGardens.com order number after you place your online order. Please save your order confirmation e-mail. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please check your spam filter to ensure the e-mail was not marked as spam. 

Delivery vendor tracking numbers from UPS or USPS are typically available within 2-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. All shipments include insurance. 

Note: UPS may take an additional day or two to post package progress. For estimated delivery dates, please review our shipping map. Occasionally our warehouse may ship small, light-weight orders via USPS Priority Mail instead of UPS in order to minimize shipping costs. 


Overdue or Damaged Arrivals

For the fastest reply, please include your order number and the subject "Shipment and Tracking Status Request" on the email subject line. Please include your order tracking number, full name, and shipping address in all e-mail or customer service correspondence. 

Rush Shipping 

TemptationGardens.com currently does not support overnight shipping. We offer expedited shipping through UPS 2nd Day Delivery. Rush Shipping is substantially higher in cost than Ground Shipping Service, so we highly recommend selecting ground shipping to minimize your shipping expenses. 

Rush shipping is only available for shipments within the 48 contiguous United States of America. Our express delivery time frame may take up to 5 business days: processing time is 1-3 business days followed by 2 days for delivery. The processing time is dependent on our warehouse's workload.

The minimum charge for rush delivery shipping is $20.00. 

Note: Fine jewelry cannot be rush delivered; allow up to 14 days for delivery.
